Information We Collect

When you use FreezeGuard, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Your email address and password (stored encrypted).
  • Case information: Information you provide in the questionnaire, including platform, frozen amount, and freeze reason. Used to generate assessment reports.
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe/Paddle. We do not store your credit card numbers. We only record payment status and amount.
  • Usage data: Anonymous page visit data used to improve the product.

How We Use Your Information

  • Generate your case assessment and document templates
  • Send payment confirmations and deadline reminder emails
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve product features (using only anonymous aggregated data)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

Data Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL) in Singapore or Tokyo data centers. All data transmission is TLS-encrypted. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data.

Data Retention

We retain your account data until you delete your account. After deletion, your personal information will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Case data may be retained in anonymized form for product improvement.
